  Staggeringly bad attitude toward customers and customer service is.......Well there is none ! . This man seems to think he does not have to answer to anyone at any time . This includes No answer phone , Email , or telephone (if he doesn't feel like it) . Arrogant is not a good enough word to describe his behaviour He will stack you car in a queue that suits him and not give a hoot about the time frame he has previously agreed with you . My advice after using his non service just once is to by a book and learn . These cars are like Lego in their complexity . I learned and I had no idea at all to begin with . Now after a few months I can tune Carbs with the best of them. Also labour charges change like the breeze THIS BUSINESS IS MONEY FOR OLD ROPE .
