  Really poor customer service . Manager is so rude and not helpful. I would never come back there, because I had an awful experience. The manager just ruined my day.

  i went into timsons today 27/2/18 for a watch repaire i was confronted by an aggresive litle man who kept asking me for a ticket that he says i was given the last time i got them to fit a batry i had the recipt but no the aggresiv little man keept saying go home and look for the ticket that i never had allso i wanted my watch repaired and was unconnected with tha batry the batry is ok please SACK this aggresive little man..I WILL TAKE MY CUSTOME ELSEWARE THANKS

  Went in to cut a car key blade. Well the answer was we only cut keys supplied by us. Ok fair enough. But when you cant cofirm the keys electronics will fit the car basically you cut a key that is made in china with no logos and info whatsoever and if it foes not code bad luck for the buyer. And with new cars we all know they have imobiliser and remote locking so the circuit board in the key is critical. Maybe they only repair they own shoes? Cause on key cutting they are spot on :)
