Unhappy experience! will not be returning to this particular shop but other sister shops. Manageress lacks customer service skills. Abrupt unpleasant manner and made it as difficult as possible getting a refund on furniture that was delivered FAULTY! and cost a pretty penny, but was going to a good cause! The rest of the staff were friendly, polite and helpful.
