  Whilst some of the products are a reasonable standard, customer service standards are lacking. I recommend going to [HomeSense/Maplan/HomeBase] as they have better products and excellent customer service.

  We went to the store to get made to measure curtains for our baby’s nursery. When we arrived there was only one staff member available. When we started asking questions she didn’t even as much as stand up to speak to us. She sent us to look at ready made curtains for the nurseries upstairs and said “there isn’t really much I can help you with” . We looked at the ready made curtains but realised it wasn’t what we were looking for and went back down hoping for a bit more help. The lady chose to completely ignore us this time and there were no other staff members around to help. Would be very reluctant to spend any money on this store in future.

  Excellent range of bedding, curtains, fabric, kitchenware and such-like at reasonable prices. Knowledgeble, helpful staff. A good cafe that's always busy.
