In the last four weeks Marc has retrieved the data from two old hard drives bringing back to life memories and photos which I thought were lost forever. And this week he has found and addressed the problem on a barely used 3 year old PC which kept getting the 'blue screen' and the manufacturer could not fix. I am impressed by his knowledge, friendly and patient approach and willingness to try and sort whatever PC problem is presented to him. Thank you, Marc
