If this could be no stars it would be carpetright Worcester are unhelpful, rude and obnoxious and not easy to contact as they dont care about service or achieving customer satisfaction or doing there job ie checking on progress of orders they seem to think that they can speak to customers anyway they want but get upset if a customer questions an update and takes the same tone as they do on the phone for them to hang up and not resolve the situation at all a rude obnoxious company that i cannot fathom how they are even still in business
